Controversial footballer Emmanuel Adebayor was swamped by fans after he returned to his home country of Togo recently to deal with family issues.
The Tottenham striker was granted permission on compassionate ground for a second time by his club and he missed the final game of the Premier League season to return home to resolves family issues which has plagued him for a while now. In a series of recent posts on social media, he explained that he had considered taking his own life due to complex family issues.
He was given a hero's welcome by villagers in Aneho, Togo. Another photo below...
